Paul Salem, Scott Bates and Mark Ellis Lead Panel on the Middle East in Florida

NSN sponsored a panel comprising  Paul Salem, Scott Bates and Mark Ellis. The event was titled “Democratic Transitions in the Middle East, Turning Challenges into Opportunities.” Paul Salem is the Director of the Middle East Center of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Beirut, Scott Bates is the Vice President of the Center for National Policy, and Mark Ellis is the Executive Director of the International Bar Association. The panel discussion was followed by a dinner honoring Ambassador Allan Katz and was held at Florida State University’s Center for Global Engagement.
